Customization & Payment

Chainmaille & Chill is happy to customize every product to the customer’s desire and/or need. Such customization may result in price changes. A minimum 50% non-refundable deposit must be made before I acquire materials and begin creating your product. The remainder is due before local pick-up or shipping.

Shipping or Local Pick-up

Products may be picked up locally on the north side of Chicago, IL. Shipping within the United States is done by USPS with tracking, generally the least expensive. Let me know if you need an alternative mailing option, and generally I’ll have you pay the difference.

I will ship internationally based upon the best option for the customer. Please contact me before purchase for any request outside of USPS International Shipping.

Cancellation

If you decide to cancel your purchase after paying your non-refundable deposit, the deposit may be used toward a future purchase, less the costs of materials and labor (minimum $75/hr).

Liability

After items leave Chainmaille & Chill’s possession, The Shop and Owner are not responsible for any injury or harm that might come to any individual through use or misuse of the products. It is the responsibility of those purchasing products to take care for safe handling. I do my best to keep closures tight and even, but not all rings stay in this tightly closed position, especially after use.
